Munich/Seoul (Pressweb) - The international technical services provider TÜV SÜD and state-owned Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) plan to cooperate closely over IEC 61850 implementation in the future. The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to this effect in Munich. The international IEC 61850 standard provides the basis for communication in smart grids.
